Why is Carrus auto not answering calls?

How do I check if a dealership is still open, I have tried to contact for 2 days
and get no response, they are listed on CarGurus

I'd try another dealer. Buying a vehicle is tough these days, demand is high.

CG's is not a dealer, it is just an ad site. I would either drive by or just find a dealer that answers the phone.
