Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2018 Tesla Model 3, cost $65,000 new.  Someone hit my car and
scratched my bumper.  They will remove it, bondo it, and repaint it.  Cost
around $800.  Wondering how much this will depreciate the car when I go to
sell it.

That's the type of thing you may be better off NOT to report to your insurance.... save up and eventually get it done out of pocket. Why? Because when you DO eventually go to sell it on many of these sites if it reported to the insurance it will make it to the Carfax report as an ACCIDENT, even though it may show as Minor, it's still a DING on the report and WILL AFFECT THE VALUATION negatively. I had a neighbor let another neighbor (my Dad) drive his Maserati and he curbed the two wheels on the passenger side. Some Wheel Collision Center was able to repair them but at a cost of $1200 including labor. He didn't report it to the insurance for that very reason.... even a touchy situation that it was being friends, they ended up mutually splitting the cost.
