My 2002 Mercury Villager wants to start but wont...

My van died and tries to start but won't...the fuel
pump was heard when key was turned on spark
plugs are good. My son told me get the starter
relay checked. Where in my fuse box is the starter
relay?

Not a starter relay if engine turns but won’t start. Starter relay would be if no crank
