2002 blower motor issue

I purchased what I thought was a 2002 blower motor.
My mechanic says they must have changed the
blower motors because that one did not fit or worked.
I have a question about my issues with my 2002
cougar and I am looking where to find the answers. I
would love to talk to a human to answer my
questions. Any advice any at all?

Call or visit an Auto Zone, Advance Auto Parts, or other auto parts store. You could even take the blower you bought and ask them to look up the correct part to compare.
