How do I sell my car to carguru if I still owe money
on it

Cargurus is a listing ad site and won't be buying your vehicle. A dealer will purchase it from you. If you still owe on the vehicle, whatever the dealer offers you on trade, the balance will be used first to pay off your car before you can use the remaining for a down payment on your next car.
