Can I get bigger, better tires?

I have a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4wd. Stock tires are
225/60R18. Is it possible to use 235/60R18 size tires? I
drive a lot of gravel and need better ply in my tires. Thanks!

If you need heavy duty tires get E rated tires. I live on a gravel road and until I switched to HD tires I had a lot of flats and ruined tires. The size you mention should work without issue.
