So I have a 2019 Jeep Cherokee limited and I can't seem to
understand how the Navigation works.  When I put in
certain addresses  they don't show up and when I try to
correct it the letters black out so I can't use them.  I've tried
so many ways to get around it,  but it just seems like the
system doesn't show you all possibilities for addresses.
Can anyone help with this?

Either it needs an update or there's something wrong with your radio. It's a 2019 so unless you've put over 36,000 miles on it already then it should still be under warranty.
