Traveling at 30 grandson pushed shifter to reverse ,stoped as soon as possible pulsing grinding noise but seems to be fine

If it's fine, then don't worry about it. But if it is making pulsing grinding noises, then that isn't fine. Have the dealer inspect it for damage.
