a 2019 Ford Edge Sel, engine died

My friend's engine died while she was driving with her daughter, luckily she
had slowed for a turn off and drifted into the turn. Engine would not restart.
DEAD. Dealer says they won't help even though the car is only 2and 1/2 years
old because it has 150,000 miles on it. Northern community and long
commutes to work, to anywhere really. Doesn't seem right. All maintenance
care attended to.

I'm sure the Dealer will be happy to fix it for your friend. But since the vehicle is out of warranty, she'll have to pay for the repairs. That's probably where the problem really lies! Jim
