2017 qx30 infiniti horn goes off when starting engine

why would my horn sound continuously when I start the engine? The dealership has never heard of this problem. I told him that by trial and error opening the door and closing it, and waiting a bit sometimes this works to stop the horn from sounding. I tired using my backup key fob and that did not help. I found that if I leave the key in and the horn is sounding sometimes it eventually goes silent.
