You would have to have bad fuel injectors. Should do a fuel pressure bleed down test by hooking up a fuel pressure gauge, build up the fuel pressure on the gauge and then turn the key off. Watch the fuel pressure on the gauge it should not be dropping. Usually like no more than 5 lbs. in 3 minutes.
