Mustang won't start

A aquaintence was driving my mustang the car died
thinking it ran out of gas keys was stolen since now my
theft light won't blink so I can program the new key it's the
early month 98 so it is programed by the car not a
programmer now I wonder if it was due to being run out of
gas I put gas in the car same day and wwouldnt start I don't
even know where to begin to fix the problem can I get help
with how to fix the problem

    I have a 96 mustang v6. Engine had a bad misfire, reading showed fuel injector bad. Changed all 6. Unfortunately broke a connector on fuel bar, changed that. Now car won't start . battery charged....
