AC compressor

A service man says AC compressor of my CRV 2018 ex 4wd with mileage of
around 6,100m is not working. He is saying it is new car and it is difficult to get.
further it is said that it takes like a month to be delivered to the dealer. So it is
frustrating. is there any way to get the compressor as soon as possible.

it has warranty. the dealer cannot give ETA. They said it takes around a month to get the compressor. i don't why the dealer says like this.
