Is the problem related to a security system, if so equipped, or electrical in nature? Have you performed an electrical check for blown fuse/circuit breaker? Does it affect all doors? Begin by checking the switch for continuity in the closed position. Check all wire connections for proper contact. Remember, if a switch sticks closed the actuator internal circuit breaker will trim, and remain tripped until voltage removed. You can remove the electrical connector from the actuator inside the door and test it with a light or meter for voltage while the switch is being cycled.
