Turn signs not working. Hazard lights are working

Checked relay switch its good. Fuse 10 blows out
as soon as turn the ignition. What could be the
issue

Is the car fairly old? Perhaps a wire is chewed and shorts every time power is delivered, ie. on ignition.

Note the diagram, fuse 10 is for turn signal, goes hot with the key on. Pull the turn/flasher module, then see if fuse still blows? You don't have blow all your fuses, use can use test light between fuse terminals, if the light comes on, it's still going to ground. I'd probably disconnect components one at a time to see if I can locate short between components or the component itself.
