Hi Gurus, Re: My Mazda 2001 Tribute V6 Automatic. "HELP". Where do I find instructions to show me how (either by video or PDF) to take my motor out and replace it. I've looked every where. Thanks.

not too sure if your up to the task, That engine has to come out the bottom, it pays around 14 hours, that's if you have a hoist and proper equiptment.

Hi Steven, Have all equipment and a friend who has refitted motors before who will to help me only if needed as he is very busy. This is non rushed project. I just need some visual guides, video or PDF. Thanks if u can point me in the right direction. I found this link below that gives a bit of a look in. https://youtu.be/cmg5XFVAfug Steven, do you know if the auto transmissions has to come out as well? Thanks for your input. Greatly appreciate. The engine I pulled the trans was already out, I would think it to be a lot easier to leave the trans in, you have to remove the alt, ac compressor then there is plenty of room to drop it out. I was not sure if you had access to a hoist or not, this job would be near impossible to do with out one, might want to take the exhaust manifolds off too, the more room the better, they are not too bad to remove
