Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So I'm on my 3rd remanufactured BCM in 2 weeks my
module has a periodic drain that forces me to jump
start randomly... so new BCM(remanufactured)
programmed car won't come out of park 5.6v at shift
interlock supposed to be 0 then 10 when brake pedal
depressed I get 5.6 pedal up or down... warrantied 2nd
module same exact problem won't shift out 5.6v
continuous... put my BCM back in shift fine... noticed
blue connector has orange with blue stripe spliced
into black connector black wire from the back of sjb...
as if bypassing the sjb entirely so there's that but that
can't be the culprit otherwise it would have same
problem with my BCM... so 2 questions 1 why is a
ford interchangeable part from ford dealership having
the same problem 2 parts in a row and 2 why is that
wire spliced to bypass anyone?

It's a multiple stage brake light switch defective switch, check for corrosion where back of fuse box plugs into car wiring a bad ground due to corrosion will cause relays to remain closed suppying continuous power killing battery, .05 of a volt is where you wanna be anything over will slay battery.
