Why car runs good unless you punch the throttle

Mash the gas runs very well threw the gears till about
60mph or 70 starts misfiring , I can ease on throttle
and go on down the road

There's a problem that should be taken care of before you ruin something . Scan for codes even if the light ain't on .

Sounds like either a fuel delivery problem(leaning out) or the exhaust flow is restricted.
