How do I send money securely for purchase of a car online?

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I signed a contract with Smith Imports.com using my email account.  The
vehicle VIN is 5TDKZ3DCojs906569 which is a white 2018 Toyota Sienna with
50,322 miles.  The sales person is Jason Stewart.   The cash on delivery
amount is $22,531.50.   What is my next step?   Do you have a secure server
to send copies of my driver's license and how do I wire money from my bank?

I would fly or take a bus and pay with a check in person. You can do a bank transfer if you think they are legit and won't stiff you.
