Check engine light on cylinder 3 misfire

My 02 Mazda Protege is throwing a cylinder 3 misfire code. Changed all spark plugs and both coil packs also both o2 sensors. Idols fine in park but idols below 1000rpm in drive. it chugs but runs fine when up to speed. please help!!!!

If it run,s good when up to speed,change the plug wire,s,sound,s like one may be bad,
