Drags when trying to start

When I try to start my 2000 ford
F350 it turns over like batteries are
week and I need to stop wait a few
seconds and try again sometimes 3
times before it starts. I replaced  
batteries still having trouble.

Check all the battery terminal connections and verify they are clean and tight. Next step would be to check the voltage while cranking. You may have a worn starter that is drawing too much when cranking. May need a new starter. Most parts stores can 'load check' a starter to see if it is bad or going bad.
