Heater not working

I changed my door actuator and still no hot air
when I first taken it off to put new one hot air was
flowing threw when I put new one on there is cool
air I took it back off and cool air again the hoses
are hot also what else can it be

I assume the actuator you are speaking of is the electric actuator which is about the size of a cigarette pack. Check the manufacturer instructions. Some have to be installed with the gear all the way one way or the other with the door in a certain position. Some of the actuators only turn a certain amount when activated. If not installed correctly, the door will only move part way.
