2018 Lincoln MKX Black Label

I have had the car less than two months and twice
the battery has gone dead after  being shut off and
sitting overnight. I an certain I turned everything off
each time. I took the car to the dealer the first time
and they replaced the battery although they said it
was still good. I checked my owners manual to try
to determine if I am doing something wrong but
could not find anything.

Our MKZ did that after a battery replacement and the module that controls the electric trunk lid needed to be reprogrammed to the latest version. 1/2 of shop time and all is well.
