Un lock the window control on the driver window control panel

I didn't even know there was such a switch. I bought a replacement switch for the passenger side and the new one did the same thing as the old one. Put the old one back in. Unlocked the from the driver side and everything is fine. Now i have to return the switch i don't need. Thanks for the help.
windows will only work when you use the drivers side switches

replaced both motors in doors, worked great for 3-4 weeks, no all windows won't go up. Is there a fuse or regulator that may run all these ? If so, where is it ?

Driver and passenger front windows don’t work, but if I open and close fully the rear vent windows the drivers front will work for 10 seconds???
