I had the same thing happen to my 1998 MPV and also could find no blown fuses. In addition, my check engine light also came on. This all occured while I was trying to replace the overhead light bulb located by the rear view mirror. A flash occured and the symptoms began. Took vehicle to dealership and their OBD scanners (Yes, more than one!) were unable to read/recognize/connect to the vehicle. Will have to consult repair manual electrical diagrams to see how problems are tied together. Did you find a solution? Any suggestions. I did find that power door lock works if key is turned to the on position.

This happened to me. Door locks, remote key door locking, stereo, dome lights, wonky instrument panel, because my 3 yr old pulled the mirror off the visor. Either the positive and negative wires touched or the visor light went out in the process. Replaced the light, still nothing. Turns out it was the Room fuse in the lower fuse box next to hood opener. Replaced the 15 fuse. All is good. Everything works. Saved $$$.
