Intake manifold

Loud whistling sound constantly. Replaced  
with new intake and the car ran for a few
minutes with No whistling, than STARTED
SKIPPING. We Look in new intake and its  
full of antifreeze!?!? Why? ... So I just bought
new spark plugs . can Someone help
please!?

Maybe the intake is the wrong one, or probably the intake gaskets were installed incorrectly, or if you see the coolant down were the throttle body goes, then the intake could have a crack.
