Is it possible to install the factory Honda Navigation System in a 2018 Accord Sport aftermarket?

I did notice after digging through several forums and hidden menus that my
"Display Audio" headunit has an active GPS antenna that is in fact receiving
signals...

Honda officially does not offer a way to install their factory navigation system
into a Sport, yet the antenna is there...

Is it possible to install it? ***I understand what the costs are*** and I already
use Apple CarPlay/Google Maps to navigate, but sometimes, I don't get
enough time to even plug my phone in when getting ready to drive. It'd be nice
to put in their system... I can't exactly go back to my dealer and 'return' my car
at this point.

Don't you have auto android? Use the google map! Honda NAV is bad and 3 years outdated, or just buy the garmin NAV.
