air bag light on.Can new wires be run as I was told under dash wiring goes bad and want 2100.00 to fix?

sounds like someone wants your money,you probly got a bad sensor,have a scan done,never herd of anyone doing a rewire on one.

yup there prolly just trying to get extra cash out of you .. i would have them show you just whats wrong with these "bad wires" ive never seen them go bad just the sensors

Most likely its the bumper sensor. the wires usually crack and corrode from exposure, the wires short and the light comes on.
