Included Miles on Lease

Asked by Roman May 27, 2018 at 03:09 PM about the 2018 BMW 3 Series 320i xDrive Sedan AWD

Question type: General

I leased a car with 18,000 miles per year. I now
realize I’ll only need 15,000 per year. Only been
leasing for 5 months. Anything I can do with the
dealership to get lower pricing on lease payment or
am I out of luck and it’s done?

You signed the lease which is a legally binding document. Read it to see if there is any clause allowing you to renegotiate. Good luck but I think you won't get anywhere at all.

If the residual value is good you might want to buy it at the end of the lease.
