How much would the trade-in value be diminished if the vehicle (a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica EHybrid limited) had sustained $4,000 of damage to the rear hatch and bumper, but had been professionally repaired?

Significant damage like you describe that shows up in histories will typically result in diminished values of as much as 20% (or more) compared to an undamaged comparable vehicle.
