Engine revs at shift

2005 mazda 3 standard...changed the
clutch and for some reason the car idles
and runs horrible. While sitting the car idle
fine, but when driving it runs high and
when pressing in the clutch the revs up a
couple rpms ..if your at 2 rpm it wi rev up
to 3-3-1/2 rpm until you left off the
clutch..it basically sounds like a race car.
I've cleaned the throttle body and no
