Why can't I add my VIN?

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I purchased a car for cash and listed it on carguru. I have received offers but am
unable to reply because it doesn't accept the VIN, stating the car has been
previously listed. however I have checked and the previous listing was removed. Is
there someone I can speak with? Please help. Thank you
