Help low range in lincon navigator

My lincon navigator wen I drive only gets to
30 then start getting heavy at the panel it
say low range 4x4 please what can I do

Shift it into 2wd or 4wd high range. Your owners manual will tell you how.

Don't drive your SUV on dry roads with it in 4wd or you may ruin your transfer case.

Do I just turn switch to 4H or 4L or A4WD which one it should be on please help and thank you very much
