Tap in spark plug house

I purchased a 1998 Lincoln navigator
the person I purchased it from
dropped a tap and re-threader into
cylinder eights spark plug housing
can you please tell me how I can go
about removing the tap and Re-
thread

A borescope will let you look into the cylinder and see what you're trying to fish out and if it's feasible to remove through the plug hole with a magnet or gripper tool. Otherwise pull the head like FOR suggests.
