Change thermostat but there's a leak in the rear vehicle

My vehicle was heating up I replaced the
thermostat but there is still a leak in the rear end of
my vehicle on the driver side it smells  like radiator
fluid? It's next to gas tank. A small black tube is
leaking fluid from there.

Does your Navigator have rear heating and air conditioning? If so the heater core or the hoses may be leaking.
