1999 lincoln navegator misfire

coils that they told
me it ran good for
a day and it started
running all shacky

Replace them all and only use Ford's Motorcraft coils. Aftermarket coils are hit or miss sometimes. Ford's coils can be purchased online at a big savings over the dealership. Also change the spark plugs while you are there.
