'Electrical problems

I bought the truck two days ago now when I bought
it my windows won't go down radio work but don't
light up my dashboard lights up but my mileage on
car pops in when it wants  to and it rain so now my
interior light  pops on when I'm driving and goes off
what could that be ? please help
