Noise and vibration

It's probably still leaking coolant. The squealing is going to be from the serpentine belt being wet and slipping and the shaking is going to be the engine misfiring because the ignition system is also getting wet. The misfiring will ruin the catalytic converter rather quickly so you want to get this fixed right away. Catalytic converters aren't cheap! Hope that helps! Jim

You "patched" a radiator hose? I'm guessing the rest of the car has gotten equal attention when maintenance and repairs were done. It's a twenty-three year old Lincoln; not a Ford. Take the car to a mechanic and have him diagnose it. sounds as something got screwed up.
