The track light is most likely on due to a bad speed sensor in the wheel. You may need a new wheel hub assembly since you say it's pulling to one side. Check your tires for proper inflation and tire wear also. If tires appear worn on the outside edges, you may need your front end aligned. Sometimes you can remove the tires and find that one of the wheel sensor wires is broken. If that's the case, just buy a new wheel sensor.
