Needed to clean out Air Flow Sensor: Believe it or not but it had like cobbwebs inside that was causing the issue. Need a star bit driver to disassemble then take air flow cleaner and spray inside sensor to clean it out. Assemble back together and start vehicle. It took care of my issue.
