2002 Lincoln L.S V8 overheated

my husband tried to red line my Lincoln in a angry moment, yes i know,
immature- Anyway 2 wks later my a/c went warm and the temp gage maxed
out on H- i pulled over and turned the car off and it spewed coolant and
steam- What are the possible damages and is what my husband did related to
this problem?

What he did was probably exacerbate a problem that was already there - a weak head gasket that blew, or water pump failure. You won't know for certain until you have it inspected.

3.9V8 with cooked head gaskets. Overheated engines destruct really quick.
