Does the fan spin freely with car off
With car running starts boiling in reservoir after 10 min run time. I check fan
not moving, while car running try to spin fan, but real hard to turn. Is it normal
for fan to be hard to turn? I know it's hydraulic driven, but shouldn't you be
able to turn fan?
Does the pulley on the water pump turn or is it seized?
Brand new water pump, thermostat, new housing for stat as well.Yes it does spin
There's nothing on your cooling system i can think of that is "Hydraulic driven." It's all belt driven.

It has an hydraulic fan assembly could it be the hydraulic motor that is mounted on back of fan?
I checked the car you listed and it shows an electric fan. If your fan has this large gray thing mounted to it, that's the fan clutch. the fan free wheels until the temperature gets warm enough and then the clutch locks and spins the fan. The idea behind that is that a full time fan uses horsepower whether it's cold or warm outside. With the fan clutch, the fan is only under power when it gets hot enough for the fan clutch to lock up.
