Depends on where you driving. At higher speeds, you want to be in a higher gear. Read your owners manual.

Typically drive 5 unless you are equipped to tow or are driving on abnormal pavement (dirt roads, snow/ice, heavy rain) and want more throttle control at certain speeds.
