AC 20ma fuse is taken off when I noticed it I bought the correct fuse and
inserted it on the fuse box and to my surprise the wipers are working can not
shut them off but the AC is on and working I can control the AC on off but not
the wipers are continuously moving what troubleshooting do I need to do to
repair this problem between the AC and Wipers

The wipers require a 20 amp fuse. Was the 20amp fuse missing before you inserted the one you bought? Did the wipers worked on/off before? It is possible the reason the fuse was removed is because the wiper motor has a problem, bad ground or it needs to be replaced.
