Clutch and pressure plate,in the transmission.

can also be engine mounting broken or worn out motor rocking on shift linkage can create same issues or bent selector shaft going into gearbox. Clutch plate might be overheating and expanding creating clearance issues with flywheel and pressure plate - binding this would get worse as car heats up to temperature. clutch assembly might be rebonded or recon which are prone to giving trouble. buy good quality clutch kit if this is the problem.
