Car not turning over

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

All the lights work all the accessories work the battery is fully charged terminals
are clean but when you turn the key nothing happens no clicking any ideas?

We tested the battery with 2 different Battery tester and it was fine and we fully recharged it. And sometimes right after we charge the battery it won’t start but then you let it sit overnight and will start right up and then when Doesn’t start if you just let it sit overnight with no charger on it it’ll start in the morning
