What else could cause heater to not work?

Heater blows cold air, I replace the thermostat, blend door actuator, and flushed coolant. What else would cause heater to blow cold air?

The blend door not flipping over to heat,remove the actuator and rotate by hand,it may just be stuck.

You can use a quarter inch rachet to move the door,where the square prong go,s in to box.

Bought new heater core, replace it..... still no heater...still blowing out cold
