my 2004 LS8 will not blow heat and its been below freezing all week. Just replaced thermostat, radiator, and water pump. what could it be?

There may be a heater control valve that is vacuum operated in a heater hose may be bad, or there is still air pockets in the cooling system that would need to be purged.
