interchanging parts For Explorer to Lincoln Aviator

The tie rod ends for the 2005 Lincoln Aviator have been discontinued. Can I use
the tie rod ends for the 2005 Ford Explorer?

I personally wouldn't install used tie rod ends of the same age. You can get new tie rod at any parts store, I just looked on rockauto.com and they had both inner and outer tie rods for sale. Moog, even Motorcraft brand.
