2006 Air strut

Asked by treid00 Aug 13, 2015 at 05:31 PM about the 2006 Lincoln Navigator Luxury RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2006 Navigator.  When I park the car I hear air leaking from the struts in the
front wheel wells, and within a few minutes the front suspension has lowered all the
way down.  In taking it to my regular mechanic they are telling me that I have to either
replace the entire air suspension system or do a complete conversion.  Is it possible
that there is a leak somewhere in the system or does the entire thing really need to be
replaced.  If so what is a reasonable cost to do so?
Thankw!
